The blank interview

We've all had those moments where our minds have gone completely blank, and it's no surprise that this also happens to us in interviews. We prepare ourselves by going over the job spec. repeatedly, or going over the answer to a classic interview question such as, "Why do you want to work for us?" and then there it is. Vagueness takes over and we might as well be sat there like an empty cardboard box. We have a use, but not at that exact point in time. And so, if you're anything like me, all you can do is cringe and hide.
